The purpose of a Health History Questionaire and Fitness Testing is to evaluate your current fitness level, establish goals, and prescribe which exercises are effective and which to avoid; especially since everyone has different body types, fitness levels, injuries, and reasons for exercising.

Taking the time to see a reputable chiropractor, physical therapist, or other sports medical specialist, prior to training can greatly enhance your training.

These specialists are trained at suggesting specific movements for specific bodyparts following a postural analysis, spinal exams, muscle testing, and massage techniques. For example, if you're "round-shouldered" or have "protracted deltoids," a good specialist would prescribe chest flexibility and upper back stregthening movements.

We can do this over the phone and will take only 10-15 minutes. I'll ask you a series of questions pertaining to:
  1. Eating/Dietary Habits
  2. Current / Past Exercise Program and Goals
  3. Family History of Heart Disease, Last Medical Exam, and other Genetic Problems
  4. Explain Simple Self-Flexibility, Coordination and Core Strength Tests
  5. Medications, Physical Limitations, Allergies, any other Medical Issues

      1.  Bodyfat Analysis (fat calipers)
      2.  Stress Test
      3.  Flexibility Analysis
      4.  Strength Testing w/weights (upper/lower body)
